Collaborations

Three Acres of Colour - 2023- ongoing

Ongoing work with artist Garry Fabian Miller on his ‘Three Acres of Colour’ project where a piece of his work is being reimagined in panels woven by Bristol Weaving Mills, using a bespoke Dartmoor yarn & dyes grown by a local farm. My role is to provide natural dye samples, colour tests and consulting regarding extracting of natural, local colour from plants. Recently documented on ‘A Dyeing Wish’ broadcasted on Radio 4.

Future Fashion Landscapes - 2024 - work in progress

Fostering biodiversity through collaborations between farmers, designers, and processors of native and rare breed wool.

A design-led project where designers are paired with wool producing farms in their region. In this project I am designing and making piece of knitwear made using rare breed wool and wild dyes from Tamarisk Farm in Dorset,

Fashion on Earth at Bristol Cathedral, November 2024.

Knitted wrap scarf made with yarn and dyes sourced and processed within a 50 mile radius.

South West England Fibreshed group exhibition at New Brewery Arts, Cirencester, 2023.

Natural dye samples and plants contributed to the show alongside a selection of knitwear.
