Now available as a stand-alone item - pre-mordanted sock blanks!

The sock blanks are available in two yarn bases - Corriedale (South African fleece, produces a whiter yarn) or Bluefaced Leicester (British fleece, in a cream/ecru colour).

It has been machine knitted by Ria in a 100% Corriedale or British Blueface Leicester wool yarn developed for socks. It is non-superwash and has no nylon content, and has been pre washed and mordanted so that is ready for dyeing.

All you need to do is decided which natural dye technique you’d like to use on the blank! They produce fabulous variegated yarns using bundle dye, eco printing, tie dyeing or by painting with concentrated natural dye liquid.

Pre-mordanted yarn is currently available in the following bases:

• Bluefaced Leicester - 100g blank - approx 385m - ecru

• Corriedale - 100g blank - approx 385m - white
